Shakespeare—his name is synonymous with tragedy, but also comedy. Now, imagine making a series of his classic tales and giving it a modern twist, all while exploring timeless themes of power, love, and betrayal.

Antony & Cleopatra Poster Concept
My goal was to subtly convey the complexities of the story without giving too much away, sparking the viewer’s curiosity. Every element from the layout to the typography and color palette was carefully selected to reflect the mood and setting of the narrative, creating a harmonious and visually engaging design. The combination of warm, regal tones and intricate details emphasizes the tension and drama between the characters, while ensuring the essential information remains clear and prominent. This approach allowed me to craft a poster that not only draws the viewer in but also invites them to explore the depths of Shakespeare’s timeless tale.

Originally, I was only tasked with creating one poster, but it was so well-received that I was encouraged to make another, sparking the idea of turning it into a series. The concept was to reimagine other Shakespeare classics in a sophisticated, modern style, much like the one I created for Antony & Cleopatra. This approach ultimately inspired the design for the Macbeth poster.
